Artist's presentation on September 19, 2001 was attended by students from Horne School and by children being home schooled in the Iowa City area. |

In 2002, Jeni Reeves was part of the week-long "Artist-in-Residence" program associated with the Building a Community of Readers
initiative. In January 14, 2004 an exhibit of Reeves's work and
observations opened at the National African-American Museum in Cedar
